We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, championing our brand, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and video.
- Provide assistance with client inquiries and concerns related to credit cards, including balance checks, limit increases/decreases, authorized users, and fraudulent transactions.
- Focus on helping clients when they need us most by responding empathetically to their questions and concerns, and resolving issues at the first point of contact.
- Contribute to team results by supporting colleagues to meet client needs and drive business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work collaboratively as a team.
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
- Educate and assist clients with using digital capabilities, such as navigating the app and online banking.
- Lead with empathy and apologize for delays with wait times.
- Client experience, servicing clients, fulfill immediate needs, and identify additional opportunities available to the client.
- Strictly dealing with credit cards, understand the product itself, and help with interest calculations and how it's captured, review transactions, identify any fraudulent transactions, what are the benefits of the card I have, how do I redeem my points.
- Critical thinking and dive into transactions and take care of simple fraud requests.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- 1 year+ of fast-paced call center/customer service experience (call center, fast-paced retail, etc.).
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) with above-average keyboarding skills, internet, and computer navigation.
- Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment.
- Full availability Monday to Sunday 12PM-1AM local time.
- Minimum education requirements: High school.
