Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistics of transporting raw materials to production facilities nationwide
  • Serve as the primary contact for all transportation-related inquiries
  • Analyze and manage additional costs while striving for cost reduction
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with transportation providers
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for ongoing improvement
  • Adopt and implement innovative transportation technologies to enhance operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality assurance standards
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to minimize operational disruptions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proficient in both warehouse and transportation management
  • Strong knowledge of distribution processes and customer service principles
  • Skilled in financial management and analytical assessments
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems is advantageous
