As a Senior Human Resources Consultant, you will be a strategic leadership and human resources consultant to executives, senior leaders and their teams. You'll provide professional coaching and human resources guidance and advice to our business partners, considering market best practices, strategic and organizational context.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic coaching and human resources guidance and advice to business partners
  • Actively participating in executive and management committees
  • Collaborating with business partners on HR cycles such as employee engagement, succession planning, and talent management
  • Challenging the status quo by analyzing facts, asking questions, and thinking strategically
  • Participating in regional or national projects and contributing to the improvement of HR processes

Requirements:

  • University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 8-10 years of related experience as a Senior HR Consultant/HR Business Partner
  • CHRP designation is an asset
  • Solid knowledge in all areas of human resources
  • Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
