Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities
    • Manage external contractors and vendors
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of production equipment
    • Ensure equipment is properly maintained to maximize operational efficiency
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance personnel
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators
    • Develop and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
    • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, maintenance management)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
