About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team at HAMPTONS COLLEGE INC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service, with occasional travel to various locations.
