We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Alliance Tax and Accounting Professional Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgers.
- Bookkeeping: Use manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and other statistical reports as required.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
