About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Professional to join our team at HAMPTONS COLLEGE INC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile accounts, including journal entries and trial balances.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the organization.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and TaxPrep. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Work Environment: On-site customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
