Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Controller to lead our Finance function at CB Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a small accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Manage cash flow, FX transactions, and risk management to minimize financial risks
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial services industry
  • CPA designation and strong accounting knowledge
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a small team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders
What We Offer

CB Canada offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
