About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to join our data and analytics team at Intact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, working closely with stakeholders to define product vision, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
  • Monitor development progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Validate that operational requirements and acceptance criteria are met.
  • Motivate the team to deliver superior products and create business value.
  • Define key performance indicators and monitor their achievement.
  • Collaborate with management on resource planning.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • More than 3 years of experience as a product owner in a data-driven environment.
  • Understanding of data warehouse development and business intelligence tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Agile development processes and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
