Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and control expenses across multiple store locations.
- Partner with store leaders to drive business initiatives and achieve store-specific business plans.
- Ensure store productivity targets are met, including sales per hour, adt, upt, and capture rate.
- Coach and develop store managers to take ownership of their business and maintain high standards.

- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training and client service.
- Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented efficiently and visual standards are maintained across the area.
- Act as a liaison between stores, corporate partners, buyers, and visual directors to ensure merchandise assortments reflect the brand strategy and stock levels meet business needs.
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and clients.
- Recruit, interview, and hire store team members, developing a leadership talent pool for succession planning.
- Assist store leaders in training, coaching, and development, ensuring customer service standards, standard operating procedures, and employee relations compliance.
- Implement and monitor store training and development programs, including new hire onboarding, clienteling standards, and sales training.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to store leaders, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Network and build relationships in the community to generate business, raise awareness of the Kate Spade New York brand, and build a bench strength of qualified candidates.
- Oversee and control payroll budget and weekly hours to ensure adequate sales floor coverage.
- Analyze and react to business trends, communicating sell-through, stock levels, and opportunities to increase sales.
- Ensure the area adheres to all company policies and procedures with integrity.
- Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of new store openings and store renovations, including hiring, opening processes, and training.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure inventory shrinkage is less than 1%.
