Job Opportunity

The Discipleship Director role at PAOC is a vital position that requires a passionate and experienced individual to empower others in their journey towards Christ-centered living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor individuals to deepen their faith and understanding of God's Word.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to resource Pastors and ministry leaders with necessary tools and training.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify and address areas of need in discipleship and spiritual growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of pastoral experience.
  • Graduate-level education or equivalent level of theological training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of effective discipleship and leadership development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
