Overview:

The Vice President of Engineering will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of engineering functions within the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering leadership and resource management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to effectively implement organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the establishment of key departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations.
