Systems Business Analyst

Our patient support program software, HEALTH LOYALTY Life Science Loyalty Cloud, is the industry’s foremost solution for managing the journeys of millions of patients across diverse therapeutic categories. Additionally, our PharmaSalesSupport software represents the most comprehensive SaaS application available for the deployment of samples and promotional materials within the life sciences.
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a temporary capacity. The successful candidate will quickly adapt to our environment and contribute to onboarding new clients. Subsequently, they will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing software solutions, collaborating with clients to configure and implement necessary improvements and modifications to our SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, articulate, and prioritize precise requirements from a variety of stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate and translate business needs to secure consensus among all parties involved.
- Evaluate change proposals and outline solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Clarify business requirements and produce detailed specifications for proposed changes.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure comprehensive understanding of specifications.
- Conduct business process modeling and develop relevant test scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Strong aptitude for proposing practical, actionable, and cost-efficient solutions.
- Innovative and resourceful mindset to navigate challenges and ensure successful implementation of defined requirements.
- Proficient in problem-solving and applying methodologies to create detailed requirements and specifications.
- Interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders and conveying changes that may differ from initial expectations.
- Familiarity with requirements specification and development methodologies, including process/functional requirements definition and use case development.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Educational Background:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Business.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring SaaS products.

Compensation: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
