Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at APITable Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain information systems to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Provide strategic advice on IT infrastructure, security, and service delivery to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to protect data, software, and hardware from security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate security risks.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure software products and information systems meet high standards.
- Resolve conflicts and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information systems tests.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in project management software, HTML editing software, and website creation tools.
- Experience with GitHub, MS Visual Studio Code, and other development tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience in IT service delivery, quality assurance, and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of business process management, user experience design, and e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and efficiency.
