Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication plans that meet business objectives, collaborating on all internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Write and create engaging content for various target groups using RCL branding and tone of voice, maintaining a cross-company network for effective content management and creation.
  • Manage organization of communications projects and assign tasks to the team as needed.
  • Provide direction to in-house and external graphic designers, photographers, and other media-production specialists to complete communications.
  • Serve as the Community Manager for internal and external corporate communications channels, overseeing content, governance, and overall advancement.
  • Create and deploy communication tools that support internal corporate programs and initiatives.
  • Research and understand key business challenges, communication channels, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors impacting our business and communications department.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the communications team, provide guidance, and support their overall growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English and French (both oral and written).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a strong asset.
  • Professional rigor with the ability to organize and prioritize to deliver results.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Creative thinker who fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate cross-company information effectively.
