Job Description

**Director of Business Development**

Knewsales Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Director of Business Development. This position will be based out of our head office and will involve working closely with our executives, leadership team, and field salesforce.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Building relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors to drive business growth
  • Evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts to identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand our business successfully
  • Overseeing current growth project results and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching and pursuing new business opportunities and leading them through the sales cycle

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of business development management experience
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  • Background in direct sales
  • Experience making sales projections and forecasting revenue
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
