About the Role

Celestica is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Corporate Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners
  • Support the development of executive-level communications and presentations

Requirements

  • At least five years of related work experience, preferably in a management consulting or corporate strategy role
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as engineering, economics, finance, or business; MBA strongly preferred
  • Experience in at least one of Celestica's end markets (aerospace and defense, capital equipment, medical technology, industrials, smart energy, cloud, networking, communications)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
