- Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, and implement effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and network applications.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, solutions, and user feedback.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
