Job Title: ServiceNow IT Asset Management Consultant

Hammehr Talent Consultants invites applications for the role of ServiceNow IT Asset Management Consultant on behalf of our client for a full-time permanent opportunity.

Job Summary

This role's primary purpose is to design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to discuss their IT Asset Management (ITAM) needs, understanding their pain points, and aligning on project goals.
  • Configure ServiceNow ITAM modules, ensuring that each solution is implemented smoothly and meets all project milestones.
  • Review and refine existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to client teams, empowering them to fully leverage the solutions you've implemented.
  • Update project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications, ensuring everything is well-documented for future reference.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to design and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions that meet client-specific needs and project objectives.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot customized solutions for clients.
  • Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for clients and collaborate seamlessly with team members across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITAM.
  • Juggling several client projects simultaneously can be demanding, requiring exceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet all commitments.
  • You'll often face challenging issues that need immediate resolution, which can be stressful and require quick, effective decision-making.
