What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients to discuss their IT Asset Management (ITAM) needs, understanding their pain points, and aligning on project goals
  • Design customized ITAM workflows that address the unique challenges and requirements of each client
  • Configure ServiceNow ITAM modules, ensuring that each solution is implemented smoothly and meets all project milestones
  • Review and refine existing processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
  • Engage with your colleagues across different time zones, sharing insights and seeking advice to ensure the best outcomes for your clients
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to client teams, empowering them to fully leverage the solutions you’ve implemented
  • Update project documentation, including process flows, user guides, and technical specifications, ensuring everything is well-documented for future reference

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to design and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions that meet client-specific needs and project objectives
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM to configure, optimize, and troubleshoot customized solutions for clients
  • Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable steps for clients and collaborate seamlessly with team members across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITAM
  • Experience with ITSM and ITOM Modules
  • Effectively manage tasks, communicate, and collaborate across different time zones

  • Juggling several client projects simultaneously can be demanding, requiring exceptional time management and prioritization skills to meet all commitments
