Inside Sales Supervisor

Position Overview:
Lead the Inside Sales Team within the designated Market Area and leverage expertise in promoting Waste Management services to enhance revenue streams.
- Implement and uphold the corporate sales strategy with the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and address any escalated concerns.
- Oversee the activities of the Inside Sales Department and monitor sales objectives.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members.
- Establish and maintain precise customer records.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales.
- No specific certifications or licenses are necessary.
