Job Summary

As a key member of the Waste Management team, the Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reinforce the corporate sales strategy and design with the Inside Sales Team.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on all sales transactions.
  • Supervise activities of the Inside Sales Department, ensuring team members meet or exceed sales call activity goals for new sales, lead generation, and contact productivity.
  • Forecast and recruit qualified candidates for available and/or upgraded Inside Sales Team positions.
  • Execute ongoing training that provides both formal training and informal coaching sessions to Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Participate in training and coaching the Inside Sales staff.
  • Set up and maintain accurate customer records for all customer interactions, including prospect data, contracts, orders, and service machine documentation.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of 6 full-time employees, including:

  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet their sales goals and objectives.
  • Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coaching and counseling team members to improve their performance and address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor must possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (accredited) or High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements: None required.
  • Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Candidates must be able to build relationships, communicate with impact, demonstrate professionalism, demonstrate leadership/coaching, make sound decisions, think strategically, produce results, know the business, influence and negotiate, manage work/time, and use ethical practices.

Language Requirements

The Bilingual Inside Sales Supervisor must be fluent in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
