Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to join our dedicated finance team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate processing of service transactions and providing support for reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch maintenance and service invoices to clients.
  • Align purchase orders with service work orders during the billing process.
  • Monitor, evaluate, approve, and issue invoices promptly.
  • Investigate and resolve issues causing delays in approvals, such as missing documentation.
  • Assist in managing overdue or disputed invoices.
  • Ensure accurate uploading of invoices to customer portals or direct emailing to clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide coverage for reception as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounts receivable position.
  • Postsecondary education in accounting or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Acumatica or another ERP system is preferred.
