Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Titan Environmental. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, including generating invoices, processing credits, and reconciling payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers
  • Process credits and apply customer payments
  • Reconcile missing payments and investigate discrepancies
  • Monitor the shared email inbox and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform various month-end reconciliations
  • Provide backup support for other Accounts Receivable tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably with processing invoices
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
