Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions that meet the needs of our guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are aware of company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient staffing levels and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service, or related field.
  • Experience with inventory management, labor scheduling, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, including menu development and marketing strategies.
