Commercial Property Painter

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Building Painter to join our team at LDG Consulting, Sales and Contracting. This role involves working in various environments and applying your expertise in painting and finishing.
Employment Details- Job Type: Temporary
- Language of Work: English or French
- Working Hours: 33 to 44 hours per week
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Work Environment- Work at heights
- Exposure to odours
- Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces prior to painting.
- Set up scaffolding and swing stages, ensuring safety during operations.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Working at Heights Training
- First Aid Certification
- WHMIS Certification
- Fall Arrest Protection Training
- Forklift Operator Certification
- Experience with airless spray equipment
- Brush and roller painting techniques
- Conventional spray painting
- Sign painting
- Graphics painting
- Multi-color finishes
- Urethanes
- Paint spraying
- Must have own transportation
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are essential.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Physical capability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
- Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Must provide own tools.
- Steel-toed safety boots are required.
- Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and reliable team player.
- Demonstrates initiative and efficiency.
Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
