Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rotisserie Department Manager to oversee the production and merchandising of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving maximum sales and profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
  • Order all Pane Fresco Rotisserie products and supplies, and oversee the production and merchandising of product, as per the Fortino's Health Code.
  • Organize and set up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring proper signage is made up and put up correctly.
  • Schedule, direct, and supervise all Pane Fresco Rotisserie staff to secure department efficiencies.
  • Interview and select new hires, and train new employees.
  • Maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales' goals and budgets are met.
  • Ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the department, as per Company Policy.
  • Respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years' management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation.
  • Post secondary education in culinary preparation, such as line cooking procedures, is a definite asset.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
