Pane Fresco Rotisserie Manager - Contract up to 6 months
To oversee the production and merchandising of product, providing customers with the best quality of Pane Fresco Rotisserie products, ensuring courteous timely customer service, while achieving maximum sales and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and set up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels
* Ensure proper signage is made up and put up correctly
* Maintain equipment and ensure the safety and sanitation of the department, as per Company Policy
* Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the hot foods industry
* Minimum of 3 years' management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation
* Post secondary education in culinary preparation, such as line cooking procedures
