Job Title: Implementation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead our implementation and support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, empowering, and supporting a team of professionals who are responsible for implementing technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and grow a strong team by fostering day-to-day working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes.
  • Performance Management: Conduct monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback.
  • Project Management: Oversees individual performance goals and ensures appropriate assessments of delivery versus the stated goals, general performance, alignment with the corporate culture, and development.
  • Technical Guidance: Provides technical problem-solving and guidance to the direct reports.
  • Communication: Communicates and provides progress and status weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field or a Degree as a minimum.
  • 2+ years full cycle people management experience.
  • A risk integrity management, predictive modeling or risk modeling background is an asset.
  • Preference for those with experience in SaaS environments.
  • Solid understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
