We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Manager to lead our Implementation and Support Team at SearchLabs. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing, empowering, and supporting a team of professionals responsible for implementing technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a team of professionals responsible for implementing technical solutions, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for all projects and recommending staffing and budget changes in relation to the business growth plan.
- Resource Management: Hire, monitor, and develop all resources in advance of planned business growth, with a specific focus on delivery.
- Performance Management: Oversee individual performance goals and ensure appropriate assessments of delivery versus stated goals, general performance, alignment with the corporate culture, and development.
- Communication: Conduct monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews for direct reports, including fostering an environment of constructive feedback.
- Team Growth: Manage and grow a strong team by fostering day-to-day working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes.
- Program Development: Oversee the development and deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all parties involved to ensure high-quality risk results output and troubleshooting efforts.
- Objectives and Key Results: Establish objectives and key results with team members, and actively manage any areas of non-performance.
- Progress Reporting: Communicate and provide progress and status weekly reports.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical problem-solving and guidance to direct reports.
- Communication Channels: Maintain effective communication channels for the delivery department to support and enhance a cooperative and mutually supportive interaction.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM field or a degree as a minimum.
- 2+ years full cycle people management experience.
- Risk integrity management, predictive modeling, or risk modeling background is an asset.
- Preference for those with experience in SaaS environments.
- Solid understanding of project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
