Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at RV Remodeling LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company policies, procedures, and employee information.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
