Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Liberty Tax. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, including administrative tasks, data entry, and overseeing office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including preparing income tax documents.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Ability to work on-site at our physical location.

Please note that this is a non-remote position, and all work must be completed at our office location.
