About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 2628340 Ontario Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
  • Financial Management: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
