Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Supreme Foods Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Direct and manage the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to our food service staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.

Estimate and Manage Inventory

Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Hire and Manage Staff

Recruit and hire qualified food service staff, and manage their performance to ensure exceptional customer service.

Ensure Quality Control

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Maintain Records and Reports

Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare comprehensive reports for management.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement efficient work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize downtime.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Language

Fluent in English
