Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at ODA Food Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish and maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and training.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
