Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1159943 BC Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Estimate Ingredients and SuppliesThe successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
Manage Budget and Cost EstimatesThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for preparing and managing the budget and cost estimates for our food service department, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
Address Customer ComplaintsThe successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Maintain Records and ReportsThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary data to make informed business decisions.
Requirements- Education
The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceThe Food Service Supervisor will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
LanguageThe successful candidate will be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and staff.
Work EnvironmentThe Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a physically demanding role.
