Position Overview

As a Construction Project Supervisor at Hilton Builders Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency on site.
  • Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Calculate project costs and required materials accurately.
  • Prepare detailed production and progress reports.
  • Organize and schedule various activities effectively.
  • Collaborate with other project supervisors or managers to coordinate work efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop methods to achieve project timelines.
  • Recommend actions regarding personnel management.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies for construction activities.
  • Supervise construction workers and manage project tasks.
  • Facilitate training or arrange for training sessions for staff.
