Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sandmere Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work-related problems and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to inform project decisions
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement methods to meet project schedules and budgets
  • Review blueprints and drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Provide training and development opportunities to construction staff
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-40 hours per week. The work environment is on-site, with occasional travel to project locations.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
