Healthcare Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing empathetic support to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist patients with registration and insurance verification processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate seamless patient flow and communication, promoting a cohesive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in practice management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems, with a strong understanding of data management and security protocols.
