Job Summary:

At Ardene, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Allocation Analyst, you will play a critical role in the management of our inventory across over 300 stores.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective inventory allocation strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across stores.
  • Manage and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, and distribution, to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including suppliers and distribution centers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, supply chain management, or logistics.
  • 2-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or other inventory management software is an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
