Job Opportunity: Become a key player in our dynamic team at IPAC Bachelor Factory
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Supply Chain H/F to join our Supply Chain and Planning department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the development and implementation of new supply chain practices
- Negotiating and contractualizing long-term agreements with top-tier suppliers, including logistics and flexibility clauses
- Materializing supply chain practices in our ERP system
- Implementing a rotating inventory policy
- Creating a logistics hub
- Contributing to purchasing, procurement, and invoicing activities, as well as ERP codification
About You: We are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should have a strong client-focused approach and a genuine interest in supply chain optimization. Additionally, you should be eager to develop your expertise in Lean Supply Chain.
Requirements: You should hold a BAC + 2 degree or have relevant ECTS credits. You should also be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
Compensation: You will receive a competitive salary ranging from 43% to 100% of the SMIC, depending on your profile and experience.
