Position: Supply Chain Application Manager (IBP)

Reporting To: Executive Director International IT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze supply chain workflows and suggest technical enhancements for improved efficiency using SAP.
  • Work closely with business analysts and end-users to gather their requirements and understand diverse business needs.
  • Contribute to the formulation of functional and technical specifications.
  • Lead and oversee a team of functional analysts and external partners for the successful implementation of SAP IBP.
  • Assist in prioritizing requests in conjunction with the functional team and operational units.
  • Integrate regulations, procedures, standards, and recommendations pertaining to GMP compliance, information system security, and established project methodologies.
  • Evaluate data conversion needs to devise effective data conversion strategies and methods.
  • Ensure the upkeep of documentation related to SAP configurations, developments, and other associated systems.
  • Organize and coordinate user support and training initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide direct reports by establishing clear objectives, monitoring their performance, and offering coaching and continuous development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in identifying both explicit and implicit needs of various stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to engage developers and business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence senior management and peers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conveying complex technical information clearly to a range of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in drafting documents such as business cases or functional requirement summaries.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business operations, computer applications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP systems.
  • Experience with SAP IBP and its integration into SAP S4.
  • At least 5 years of experience in team leadership.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following areas: demand planning, supply planning, or sales and operations planning.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the supply chain.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining robust cross-functional relationships with other departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both management and frontline staff.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
