Position: Supply Chain Application Manager (IBP)
Reporting To: Executive Director International IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze supply chain workflows and recommend technical enhancements for improved efficiency utilizing SAP.
- Engage with business analysts and end-users to gather insights into their requirements and operational needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of functional and technical specifications.
- Oversee and guide a team of functional analysts and external partners in the deployment of SAP IBP.
- Assist in prioritizing project requests in collaboration with the functional team and operational units.
- Integrate guidelines, procedures, standards, and recommendations in line with GMP regulations, information system security, and established project methodologies.
- Assess data conversion needs to devise effective data migration strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP configurations and developments, as well as other relevant systems.
- Organize and manage user support and training initiatives.
- Mentor and support team members by establishing clear objectives, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in identifying the explicit and implicit needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to engage both technical developers and business partners to achieve desired outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to influence senior management and peers.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in producing documentation such as business cases or functional requirement summaries.
- Flexibility and eagerness to learn new skills.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, computer applications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP systems.
- Experience with SAP IBP and its integration into SAP S4.
- At least 5 years of experience in team leadership.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: demand planning, supply planning, sales, and operations planning.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules pertinent to the supply chain.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes.
- Solid project management capabilities.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both management and frontline personnel.
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
