We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Agent to join our team at A C Tesla PES Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement
    • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Supplier Management
    • Negotiate offers from suppliers.
    • Consult with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
    • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language Skills
    • Filipino; Pilipino.
    • Serbian.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in procurement or a related field is an asset.
  • Health Benefits

  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
