About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Agent to join our team at A C Tesla PES Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase General and Specialized Equipment, Materials, and Business Services
  • Assess Requirements of an Establishment to Develop Specifications for Equipment, Materials, and Supplies
  • Negotiate Offers from Suppliers
  • Consult with Suppliers to Ensure Quality and Delivery
  • Establish and Monitor Delivery Schedules
  • Resolve Delivery and Other Problems with Suppliers
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or Other Non-University Certificate or Diploma from a Program of 3 Months to Less than 1 Year
  • Asset Languages: Filipino, Pilipino, and Serbian
  • Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
