Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services that meet our company's specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Assess the needs of our organization and develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers and ensure that our company receives the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries from clients and suppliers.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience in procurement or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
