About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Thinkific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
