Position: People Platform Lab Integration Specialist

Location: Leeds or Halifax

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Arrangement: Our work style is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week at one of our office locations.

Key Responsibilities

The primary function of the Integration Specialist is to manage dependencies between the Lab and external stakeholders, including other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third-party entities. This role may involve overseeing complex and high-risk implementations.

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to establish the sequence of integration tasks aligned with the Lab backlog.
  • Document and oversee dependencies between the Lab and other teams.
  • Engage with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate timely delivery.
  • Identify and address delivery blockers, escalating issues to product owners or lab leadership as necessary.
  • Serve as the liaison between suppliers and key business stakeholders.
  • Manage intricate and high-risk implementations that require coordination among multiple parties to ensure safe delivery.
  • Oversee the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure.
  • Provide expertise for governance activities managed by the Product Owner.
Experience and Daily Focus Areas
  • Utilize available tools (e.g., JIRA Align / Confluence) to proactively manage dependencies and key deliverables.
  • Evaluate complex, expertise-driven solutions against various criteria to identify the best fit for business needs.
  • Maintain important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to develop medium- and long-term work schedules that align with organizational priorities.
  • Investigate inquiries related to existing programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Perform designated supplier management activities to achieve prescribed outcomes.
  • Address standard incidents in accordance with regulatory and compliance processes.
  • Respond to individual and team objectives, investing in personal performance improvement.
  • Deliver designated outcomes while adhering to risk management protocols.
  • Support others using strategic planning systems and protocols.
