About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. As an Integration and System Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and validating test procedures to verify the functionality of Submarine Combat Systems
  • Providing instructional sessions to the Navy on Lockheed Martin Combat systems
  • Supporting the Lead instructor with courseware development, validation, and delivery
  • Supporting the Lead Integration Specialist in the integration of new subsystems onboard the platforms
  • Developing engineering specifications to provide up-to-date capabilities to the fleet
  • Producing technical reports documenting and investigating deficiencies, recommending solutions as a field service representative
  • Ability to troubleshoot systems
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and follow established processes
  • Performing various other tasks related to the Lockheed Martin Combat Systems as required
What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with five years of professional experience; or three years of professional experience with a related master's degree
  • Understanding of Canadian Naval Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Operational understanding of the interactions of sensors/weapon systems fitted on the Victoria Class Submarines
Additional Skills Desired for the Role

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of Ethernet networks
  • Victoria Class submarine experience
