Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This position is based in a clinical setting, where the candidate will engage with patients and healthcare professionals regularly.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
- Complete various insurance and claim forms accurately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing necessary documents for review.
- Establish and uphold confidential medical files and records.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Familiarity with the following software is essential:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Windows
- MS Outlook
Preferred experience includes:
- Working with charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams.
- Handling correspondence and financial statements.
- Managing invoices and maintaining reports and records.
The position operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and efficiency.
